Termite Treatment

Termites or 'White Ants' as they are commonly known are social insects. Subterranean termites live underground in a colony comprising of queen, king, workers and soldiers. There could be millions below the ground, inside walls, furniture etc. termites are the biggest threat to assets which man cherishes to own. Studies in the US have proved that termites cause more damage then Fires, Floods and Cyclones every year.

Termites are silent destroyers. By the time they surface, 80% of the damage would have been done they feed on anything containing cellulose ranging from wooden furniture to books.

Pre-Construction Termite Treatment

The pre-construction termite control method involves an effective approach to prevent termites. Our team of experienced termite control experts visits the site, conducts an analysis, and then initiates a termiticide penetration operation beneath the soil, slab, foundation, and plinth by creating small holes at specific intervals. The process is repeated as necessary, as determined by our expert team based on the soil and surroundings. Upon completion of the chemical termite barrier, the chemical emulsion is filled and sealed. The termiticide remains effective for a prolonged period and is highly valued by end users. Additionally, we also address the perimeter area during the pre-construction termite control treatment, applying termiticide in the surrounding areas to prevent termite invasion from the outer side.

Post-construction Termite Treatment

The post-construction termite control method involves the application of termiticide to infested areas or as a preventive measure for buildings. This process includes drilling into walls, floors, wooden fixtures, external perimeters, and termite tubes (if present), and filling these drilled areas with termiticide. The drilled holes are then sealed with white cement. This method has proven highly effective in preventing and eliminating termite infestations, with long-lasting results.
